Chapter 7 : Government

We are well aware of the big money-printing team, the government.

We can go to any countries in the world, that's how the world works.

The key here is, who is controlling price.

You might not be able to control the rate of one currency versus another, but you can always see the price change of anything in our daily use is either directly or indirectly controlled by the government.

However, when it comes to salary, we always heard of, those who do more gets more.

It is a well written equation, however, how about those who did not do enough to survive?

Social problem, when they cannot survive legally, they will have to do something. and if they take from those who have it without consent, you can call it robbery or stealing or etc.

Who is going to solve such a complicated problem which seems to be not so complicated?

There are some important factors, one is age.

For an infant, you cannot expect them to do something to survive, they can only cry, so we expect their parents to do something for them to survive. So, each parents must do something which is enough for themselves to survive, also do something to enable one-half of the infant to survive.

In other words, take care of the infant.

But that's not all, how about old folks. Majority of them cannot compete with the young. And you cannot expect them to do enough to survive too. So what we expect then?

Back to the equation, when those who do more gets more, how about those who did not do enough to survive? Then it seems the equation is not perfect.

To balance out the equation, we must set a minimal achievable income which allows survival as a whole.

However, in it's simplest form, this means those who do more must also take care of those who did not get enough to survive, by giving out a portion of what they get.

This seems to be a good balance, but it is also in it's simplest form, not fair to those who do more.

However, when took into consideration of overall happiness, this seems to be the most practical way to balance out this situation as a whole.

Remember, at this point, we are taking out some from the peoples who deserve it, to give to those who did not do enough to survive, to let them survive.

Now it sounds like a total imbalance.

It seems to be a right thing, when resources are getting less, to only allow those who belongs to the most competent group to survive, but when doing this, sounds not fair to those who belongs to another group, and vice versa.

In the end, we have to choose one.

The only difference is the application, direct or indirect.

It must be obvious(directly visible) to everyone the platform of the game is executing fairness in it's simplest form. [Means indirectly something has to be done]
