Chapter 9 : Success and Failure

Those who are successful often admired by those who failed.

And furthermore, those who are successful always show sympathy and tolerance towards those who failed.

It is so, because they failed before too. They understand what it's like to fail.

But admiring those who are successful means nothing if no action is taken towards a definitive end.

That's not all, just like a boss needs to show sympathy to his workers, to be tolerate when his workers make mistakes is the difference between a good boss and a great boss.

A great boss always try to maximize the potential of his workers. It is so that the workers can do more and consequently contribute to more profits. That's the way to free up more time also, so that the boss can concentrate on something else.

When viewed this way, it is clear that success and failure are only separated by a very fine line. And that fine line separates out those who do things in a certain way or those who blindly do it.

And to maximize the potential of workers means, the boss needs to teach what he knows to his workers, so that his worker can do more, thus achieve more for the company.

By doing the important tasks all by himself, the boss is actually limits his own growth.

In previous chapter, we understand the importance of taking actions directed to a worthy end. Here we understand, by improving the skills of the members of the team, more can be done, and this directly lead everyone in the team to the path to achievement and success.
